The Parish Council is a consultative body responsible to the pastor who is the administrator of the parish and, as such, is responsible to the bishop. The Council assists the pastor by its vision of what the parish is called to become in its life.

Parish Council of Catholic Women

This organization is open to all women of the parish. The ladies work together to bring the love of Christ to the parish and the community. The objectives of this organization are: To unite the Catholic women of this parish, to develop their spiritual growth and leadership potential, and to motivate and to assist them to act upon current issues in the Church and society; To be a representative Catholic women’s body, subject to the Ordinary of the Diocese through the Spiritual Moderator, to relate to their national and international organizations, civic and social agencies in the solution of present day problems; To be a medium through which the Catholic women of this parish may speak and act on matters of common interest; To further programs that respond with Gospel values to the needs of the Church and society and to function as an affiliate to NCCW. Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is open to all men of the parish. The Knights support the parish in various ways, including dinners and breakfasts. Also see Links for state and national websites.

Total Youth Ministry

St. Francis De Sales Total Youth Ministry provides for all our youth, pre-school through High School, a setting where they can grow spiritually and physically, our youth are promoted as active members of the church, promote fellowship, and a place where they can become the leaders of tomorrow in a safe and fun environment.
