Parish Ministry

Registration forms are available in the vestibule of church or the parish office located in the Family Center. New families are encouraged to fill out the form as soon as possible and return to the parish office.

Sacrament of Baptism: Parent(s) need to be registered and practicing members of our parish. Sponsors (Godparents) need to be practicing Catholics also.

Sacrament of Reconciliation: Encouraged to be received at least once every 3 or 4 months. Please see the Liturgical Schedules for Reconciliation times.

Sacrament of Marriage: Please contact the parish priest at least six (6) months before the intended date of marriage. Participation in our Diocesan Marriage Preparation program is required before the date of marriage can be confirmed.

Sacrament of the Sick: Please notify the parish priest of anyone who is elderly, disabled, ill or in the hospital and would like to participate in this Sacrament.

Stewardship: If you would like to serve as Eucharistic Minister, Usher/Greeter, Lector, or Server, please contact the pastor or the parish office.
